Welcome to the BODY-N-RGY Concept:
The BODY-N-RGY concept is a drastic change in attitude towards fitness and nutrition. Within the framework of BODY-N-RGY our perceptions of what we look like shift from a visual perspective to a feeling perspective. In BODY-N-RGY a person learns through "feeling" and not a "goal". It was founded on two principals:
1) the body "HEALS" itself by restoring exerted or used energy.
2:) Our bodies can "FEEL" good and
re-discover their own naturally body energy through working out
optimally and by implementing a balanced nutritional plan. Within the
concept of BODY-N-RGY, there is always a balance between work (or energy) exerted and the body's need to replenish that energy.
How a person chooses to balance the amount of work
with replenishment will shape their emotional and physical well-being.
Either there will be a "forcing" of this balance or a "natural" coordination of this balance.
For people whose bodies have adapted to this need by "forcing"
this balance, other conditions usually develop: emotional eating
patterns, injury to the body, fatigue, obesity, and lower back
problems. In contrast, BODY-N-RGY adapts
principals of balance, activity, and time within a person's daily
routine in order to balance the amount of work exerted with the amount
of energy
replenished.
Our clients not only "feel" good, their perceptions of themselves change, and the capacity to live is strengthen and often enhanced.
Time becomes unlimited rather than an obstacle. Activity becomes a way to "feel"
good instead of drain energy. And balancing what is already within us
becomes a way to get fit, instead of working for something that is in
front of us.
